Capturing nature's fleeting beauty, these contemporary artworks are made from the delicate forms of pressed botanicals.
Plants from the garden are picked and dried in a big old vintage trouser press. There they remain for at least 4 weeks until perfectly dry.
If the flowers are not good enough to be included in a picture they are used in the dye-bath; nothing is wasted.
To preserve the natural colour, keep any pressed botanical artwork out of direct sunlight.
